Keeping it casual this fall (on a budget!)
And I mean, okay – always. Casual, comfortable style is just my go-to! I fully believe you can look super cute and put together but still remain comfortable while going about your day. Fall is by far my favorite season to style for. Hello, knit sweaters, midi skirts and just easy, comfortable looks that pair well with a nice hot drink. Some basics I like to keep on hand are a statement boot, neutral toned knits, and of course a comfy pair of jeans or a midi dress which is perfect for layering! If you have a few basics, you can make a ton of different outfits. That’s the best part!
A super simple way to add something to any of your outfits is layering some super minimal jewelry. Throw on a white V-neck and your comfiest jeans, add a cute jacket and layer on some of your favorite jewelry. Voila! You have an entire outfit that is not only super cute, but also really easy to change out with other items. I get all my jewelry at places like Forever 21 or Ardene’s. My taste changes so much and to be honest, I am sooo bad for losing jewelry. It just makes sense for me to buy the cheaper stuff! Plus, it’s a lot more kind to your wallet.

With these staples I can just “throw on and go” and that is the BEST when I am crazy busy already and have zero time to try and coordinate an outfit that will work for me.
On top of a good blazer – a good fall coat is always a necessity. I absolutely love a super comfy teddy coat or the classic camel wool jacket. I’ve always been able to find my jackets super cheap as anyone who has been following along with me knows I am a total bargain finder! Winners/Marshall’s are really great places to find some really cute jackets without spending a ton of money.
They also have a TON of knitted sweaters and so does Ardene’s, as I previously mentioned for jewelry! I absolutely love a knitted sweater, jeans and some sneakers! The brand name on a clothing tag has never mattered to me and never will. If it does for someone reading this, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that! Just shop for what makes you feel really great and don’t worry about anything else. Between knitted sweaters and cozy jeans or midi dresses, you’ve got the perfect casual fall wardrobe!

What to have in your wardrobe for easy fall looks:
You probably already have a ton of these in your closet anyways, which is the best part! Lately I’ve really been loving re-creating outfits from what I already have rather than shopping for new stuff just because I see someone else with it. It’s a lot more satisfying for me and has also helped me save a ton of money. I’ve come to realize that I don’t always need to buy the next thing just because I see some really happy girl on Instagram wearing it. I’ll use those girls for inspiration because their outfits and style are beautiful, but gone are the days of blowing my money on things I probably don’t need or that I have in my closet already. When I took a minute to self-reflect, I was really only doing that to fill some kind of a void, anyways! A harsh but necessary realization. I’ve linked a ton of really cute options for fall below and I’ll categorize them so they are super easy to find! I hope this helps!
